Upkar Association Kuwait membership is open for all Indians living in Kuwait. However most of our celebrated festivals are from North India, but we welcome all Indian national residing in Kuwait.
New Member Registration Fee : 5KD + 25KD Membership Fee.
Membership Renewal Fee : 25KD per year.
For membership you need to download the MEMBERSHIP FORM along with copy of your passport and Civil Id and submit it to upkarpost@yahoo.com
